I have cleared all the interviews for the HR Manager role at ICICI bank. I have a total of 6yrs exp with 1 yr as an HR. What CTC can I expect from ICICI? My current ctc is 12 LPA

Asking for my girlfriend. She has 3 years of experience doing service desk type work and really enjoys being in IT. But is unhappy with her current pay (under 55k). Currently going through the hiring process for a role in San Francisco. They told me the starting base was $110K, but this sounds like pennies in a city like San Francisco!
