Hi, I’m currently working as a recruiter in the light industrial and I’m really sick of the non stop calls, interviews and just the nature of this profile. Earlier I was contemplating moving to another field in recruitment but now I’m considering switching to another profile in HR where I can do backend processes/ payroll/ hr systems, cz I want to leave the calls and interviews and sourcing.. please suggest profiles I could take a dig in and explore? When do you actually start to feel useful in FDD? I've been in FDD for 6 going to 7 months and sometimes I still feel like I'm doing the grunt work non critical thinking.

I have been giving interview from last 2 months and yet I haven't got a single offer and people here are getting multiple offers. Even if interview goes nice, I would get rejection mail.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.

I am getting demotivated, but have to continue trying hard.

I have Finished Six sigma Green belt & after adding that on Resume along with 5 years of Warehouse experience, i got few interviews & was offered around 60k a year
Currently i am about to give CSCP (Certifed supply chain professional) exam.
What Base salary should i expect after getting Certified & 5 years of exp in Warehouse/operations/Management role?

I had very positive feedback on my interviews for a S&O role but the team hired someone internally. If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. I understand doing RRK again makes sense but what about GCA, googlyness or leadership . Thank you
