Hello Fishes,
I need a suggestion.
Does Manual Testing profile getting salaries above 17LPA.
With 6.8 YOE I have resigned recently on 13.68lpa and 1.25JB offer.
But not getting any calls and if I get any no response from them.
Is there any manual tester with 7-8 yoe switched recently please help me with this?

Northeast fdd comp is $80-90k for s2. $90k-$100k for s3. For an external transfer, would say $85-90/ $94-100
85k audit manager at Deloitte to Manager FDD KPMG at 106k. LA market
@PwC2, I highly doubt that after 12 months the pay would be that different, if at all. My recommendation would be to try to transfer internally first, unless there are personal reasons you want to leave then go for it. PwC has a strong FDD practice in Boston, good clients and good people.
I went from 56k to 85k. I went to a higher cost of living city but it’s not one of the big ones (chi, nyc, sf, dc).
The better question to ask is what is market FDD comp for a senior 1/2/3 in your city. What are you at now and what did the other firm offer? I transferred as a senior one and moved from central to northeast. Went from 60 to 72 at time of move (spring) and then got another 12% bump as part of the normal summer comp process
People say 10%. Mine was 11% so right around there
10% is pretty standard for Pwc to ey. Deloitte to ey should be 15% (deloitte base is ridiculously low)
Anyone at Deloitte in Boston in FDD? Looking to jump
@PwC1, You know PwC has an FDD office in Boston, right?
@pwc2 maybe they wanna move there. You also get paid more for an external hire
Audit manager 1. What level were you when you transferred (M1 I assume)? Also, are you eligible for raises later this year?
I'm having trouble transferring in internally, unfortunately
