For those with Chase credit cards, including CSR, beware! Chase is eliminating cardholders' right to litigation unless you opt out of forced arbitration by 8/9 via mail. I suggest certified mail.

Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Do you sue your credit card companies often?
This is the real question. No real need to worry
Why would you ever sue the CC company? They cover the fraud expenses no questions asked. After that... what could possibly piss you off? The rate? Nope. Pay your balance. Fees? Pay on time. FX? Eh de minimus fee.
So other than being paranoid about corporate america trying to eat you while you sleep? Why do you care OP?
Meh
The problem is, they’ll probably cancel your card if you opt out.
Yeah, terms aren't negotiable. (Unless you are a PA client lol).
I have all Chase CC. This doesn’t bother me one bit. My exposure to this issue is my CC balance plus any fees they try and assess. So meh. I have way bigger financial exposure elsewhere.
Great if it isn’t an issue. Literally just posted it as an FYI
continued... This info should have been received via email. Got mine Monday. The article gives the quick & dirty info on how to retain your rights.
Pluses and minuses 🤷🏽♂️
It should always be a red flag when a company attempts to revoke customer rights. My card is paid, just sharing info. And if you know anything about Chase, it should be of interest. But whatever, at least y’all know. You’re welcome !
I bet PwC makes all employees sign something waiving rights to litigation/agreeing to arbitration too lol
