For those working in SF consulting, any of you have annual cert requirements?

I'm working as Senior Test Engineer with 5 years of experience in manual and now want to become Scrum Master. I'm confused that whether I'll be able to make it or not as SM because I don't have any experience in same. Please guide and help.
How much package can I expect after switch as SM?

If I accept the promotion to Partner/Principal what's the least number of years I could work without it being a financial mistake. I have an opportunity to do something completely unrelated that's my passion, but I feel like that's the wrong decision when I'm this close.

How hard is it to lateral from one fund to another? Just started at a fund beginning of this year and really do not like the culture so hoping to jump soon but not sure of pros / cons of having <1 year of experience at a shop before leaving

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Background: Currently making 95k/160k OTE at a boutique research and consulting firm. I’m happy but we’re extremely flat with little to no opp for promotion in the next 2+ years.

Former big law associate here who burned out. Now a corporate inhouse counsel.

Been recovering and considering going back to actual legal practice.

I feel I need a new practice area.

One that impacts people’s lives and is meaningful, but where you don’t have to deal with disturbing facts and personal tragedies.
