Formatting a tech resume for ATS optimization vs. writing for human hiring managers… what’s the balance? Some swear by plain text files packed with keywords, while others say engineering managers hate reading dry, robotic lists. I would feel hesitant to strip out all the personality from my resume, but I also don't want to get filtered out by an automated parsing script.

Hi, I am interviewing for a role at @Scotiabank and I need some insight into the salary ranges for a Manager in AML Risk.

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company.
