Hi folks, Can Infosys offer 12lpa? My current ctc at TCS is 8.2lpa with 2+ yoe. I have applied for java, spring boot in infosys and have cleared technical interview.
Considering above facts can i ask for 12 and most importantly will they be able to give me 12lpa?
Also should i resign from TCS if i get the offer from infosys

You basically have no rights. A broad RIF does not need to consider Mat leave
Take the severance and go.
Your case would rest on the idea that you were individually and unfairly targeted due to your leave. If you and every single person above you were RIFed, and you were basically the only one on leave, then you have basically no case because there is no evidence of targeting the RIF at you.
