Freelancing at an agency and partnered with a full time creative who’s not doing so well. Their last partner left them and took all the good projects they were on, their team doesn’t respect them, doesn’t let them attend client meetings, etc. They’re currently sinking our projects as well. As a freelancer, do I just have to accept this position I’m in? It’s reflecting poorly on me as well. Would like to distance myself or switch it up… but… ya know… I’m a freelancer.

I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm.
