Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

I have worked my way up in Insurance for 4 years but the 1st year being an intern/front desk/admin and was promoted twice and now an account associate helping my AMs/AEs manage our Producers' books of business. One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

I want to exit to MBB but if that’s not a possibility what are the next best consulting firms? Looking for at least midsize firms (non-boutiques).

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

What’s the longest period of time you can reasonably ask for to consider an offer? I think I’ll get one next for a backup role but am in early stages at two other companies I’d strongly prefer.
