I am actually good. Living with anxiety, but not controlling my life for the time being.
To anyone feeling like they are hopeless with constant anxiety and/or depression, it can get better even if you don’t see it right now. It wasn’t a easy solution or quick fix, but I have definitely questioned whether it would ever get better and now I look back and don’t even recognize that version of me.
