I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

Hi sharks, i got a call for operations process management analyst in HP but it is not an on role job. It's a third party job role. Can somone help me shall i join here as off role job or not. In the offer letter the "Provident Fund" And "gratuity" Is mentioned. In the salary calculation in hand, we will not consider these amounts right? As these components are received when someone retires..right? .. Please confirm.

How many interviews is too many? I’ve done 5 one on ones with different people in the practice group. They want me to talk to a few more, but I’m frustrated.
