I asked TCS for a salary renegotiation, they agreed and they sent the new salary breakup, But they are not sending the revised offer letter, Whenever I ask them they are saying it's in the clearance process you'll receive shortly.
But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy

Does EY send any goodies pre-hire?
McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

Given the utter lack of context, you're likely looking at a comp range of $50-500k. Hope that helps!
It would be helpful if you provided us with a bit more context about yourself. With 16 YOE, are you more specialized in a certain type of consulting? Industry? What external experiences do you have? What technical skills do you have? Where (industry) in the current world attracts you the most? What type of compensation range would you accept?
Manager grade, 16yoe, recruiters will look at you for a senior BI role, possibly team leaders.
Maybe if you're ready to move away from the tools you could look for head of analytics roles.
Look to local recruiters for market rate pay range info.
16yoe in consulting sounds like you've been institutionalized to the ways of consulting.
Figure out what you want to be outside consulting, build a network in that field with people outside consulting, use your network to get a job.
Industry is going to be different to consulting which you may have to come to terms with. Depending on your exit role will depend on how much your consulting skills will be valued.
Oh my God. How have you even lasted that long?
I would start by asking yourself what you might want to do? Once you figure that out align yourself to that skill set.
With 16 yoe you must be a partner! Why would you want to leave with that kind of comp?
