Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hello I got a confirmation from HR at Shell that I have been selected for a role and there will be background checks before joining the company. He said the mail will come from a 3rd party vendor for the background verification. It has been 1 week and there has been no mails till now. Is it normal? Should I follow up with the HR again?

Everything from 1 day to 2 months. I only speak from personal experience.

I usually send thank you emails after the interview. Some companies discourage their employees from replying though so don’t be shocked if you didn’t hear back. Follow up one week from the interview date. Good luck OP!
Are you waiting to hear back about next steps? Or an offer?
For next steps it’s usually the same day or 1-2 days. Usually they reach out with more interview invites with higher ups or other people on the team.
For an offer it’s usually anywhere from the same day to a week.
It’s always been quick for me. Although things do happen. For example, feedback takes a while if people are out or busy. I wouldn’t worry too much. If you haven’t heard back in two weeks I’d check in and move on. I’m always searching, applying, and interviewing for other positions even if I’ve gone through the interview process. I like having my options open.
Will do, thanks again!
As a side note, I hope that everyone gets to have that interview they're waiting for soon. 🙏💕

An offer is usually a few days to a week.
Most last one was a month. The process was dragging on off after the final interview [they’d respond to emails but vaguely] then one day they responded with “we have an offer for you!”
For the final round, if I got the offer it's usually within 2-5 days, some cases even the next day. If I didn't, it's can be around a week or longer, especially if I have to chase them down for it with no encouraging words from the recruiter then I usually know I didn't get it
