FTI super day is weird. They scheduled the call at 7 am my time. And have the interviews till 3 pm. Does anyone have an idea how the conversations go like?

Attended multiple first rounds for mphasis(full time - Texas location). But still I didn’t hear any feedbacks from any of the interview panels/consultancy companies. Seems like they are conducting interviews for name sake and letting us to get wait for the results (for more than a month)
Seriously! positions are available? or I don’t know what’s happening around me. It’s frustrating!
