Why are relationships so difficult!!!
Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

Marinade with LOTS of spices and then keep poking the chicken with a knife so the spices get absorbed
Also, try a curry. Pressure cook with spices
I season 25% more than I think I should
I like to grill chicken over charcoal with some mesquite chips added. That tends to add some nice smoky flavor to it. I'll grill whatever is on sale, drumsticks, leg quarters, or breasts. I don't do a lot of marinating. Sometimes I'll just brush on some barbecue sauce at the end and glaze it on. Works for me.

There’s something called liquid smoke. It’s not as good as actual grill but it does give a bit of smokiness

Are you looking to do a full roast bird? Chicken breast?

Probably under seasoning. Someone already mentioned poking holes with a knife, I prefer to use a fork so you can get more surface area.
Try a chicken shawarma recipe for the thighs. The yogurt and lemon tenderizes the chicken well and the flavors really goes into the chicken

One of my favorite recipes for chicken is using sour cream and then a mozzerella, Italian seasoning, and panko breading on top. I just do a little sour cream to keep the chicken nice and moist and then the coating on top adds so much flavor. Its delish.
