Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?

Hi, I know through people who have had worked at T2 - for instance. It should be possible to get 130k for a manager level in Germany/ NL.
110-140 base salary are some ranges for Strategy Manager i heard (medium size companies) based on Headhunter conversations. Potentially higher with >5yoe.
Yes probably less. my best guess from friends in industry is maybe 10%-20% but this should also depend on negotiation and potential targets in your contract. As you’re gonna be outside of the „Tarif“ at that level there might be some leeway - but this will be company / industry specific
Salaries are extremely low in Germany compared to COL. I think you'd be hard pressed, but perhaps if you have many YOE and specialized experience in a niche field.

Not possible unless you are fluent in German. They say they are not biased but if you can read or write german, boom your salary range is suddenly increased by 30-40k. English speakers are treated as freshers in country and can hardly go beyond 85k. Ask them 140k, you will definitely get looks like you have asked them for their kidneys.
Being a very good at leading small teams with frontend knowledge I was able to crack an offer of 115k in Germany at 8.7 years of development experience. But for that I had said no to 94 recruiters who said 60-80k is max salary here.
For what it’s worth: I’m German, currently making €120-130k base as manager. Consulting salaries are very transparent, but industry salaries are a big black box. I just cannot imagine that all those MBB/T2 folks accept a 20-50% pay cut when exiting to industry.
Two offer I received from Germany would confirm it is possible - do not speak a word of German. Details below

Offer 1 - industrials - 140k base + 30% bonus
Offer 2 — pharma - 135k base - 20% bonus
I guess that’s posiqble if you create your own business.
Btw, it seems that it’s 80/20 times the most lucrative way to achieve income superior to 400k.
I am not sure of this threshold though.
I guess above 400k-500k you have no other choice for private sector’s endeavors.
