I heard and saw lot of bad culture, work life experience in PwC India. People working 12hr a day, weekend works, bad management etc. This also almost same in other big4 India operations. How it is different in PwC US. Is they also have bad work life balance as other big4 base out of India.

I have accepted an offer & have signed the offer letter from a company. I am thinking of interviewing for more opportunities not for salary hike (if they offer me the same as this company I'd be happy) but for options to choose from and make up my mind later.

Is that a good strategy to go ahead with after signing the offer letter with this company?

I always thought that I will go for govt jobs where job stability is there and work life balance and not daily learning Technical things rather upgrading behavioural and leadership qualities, you can say Administrative jobs.
