Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

I’d start putting your resume out there while still pushing for promo internally. It can take a LONG time to land a new gig, especially one you’re excited about. So just start putting out feelers.
Personally, I would give it another year to see where you end up. In the interim, I would also speak to my superior for some insight and feedback. From what I've heard Publicis is a good company. Good luck!
Are there any opportunities on the horizon? I would say to stick it out and complete this year. If not opportunities come up and you have done all you can to prepare yourself, maybe you should start looking at that point. Before doing that though, now would be the time to talk to someone above you (management level) to ask what you can do to prepare for the next promotion.
I jumped after rounding into year three and another promotion hold was announced. I couldn’t keep treading water at a place that hadn’t increased my salary since my promotion and that couldn’t guarantee a promotion cycle (not a guarantee id be in that rotation) until October
