I'm presently working as a product manager in an Edtech firm with 15 lakh CTC. I graduated from Tier 1 institute and have 7 years of work experience across FAANG companies, Group A state government post and a startup. Do you suggest I go for a one year full time MBA PGPX at IIMs A, B, C or ISB? Going further, I would like to grow into a senior product management processional.

Do you know what project delivery benefits are there? Seems like from what I heard, project delivery limits to you a ton of resources at the firm... including degree tuition. Do you even get reimbursed for certifications?..

I’m mid-career and hoping to make a pivot to internal comms. I’m currently working in-house but the vast majority of my experience is at agency with very little internal comms experience. Other than finding opportunities in my current role to gain experience, what can I do to gain experience or expertise to make me desirable for an internal comms-focused role?

I have many options to consider but two options below are what I’m thinking of right now.

I want to see your thoughts on which one I should pick.

Job A: Project Engineer. 135K/yr base. 10% signing bonus.

Job B: Senior Project Manager. Contract. $60/hr standard. $90/hr overtime.
