Good Day All, I am looking into a position with Merck as a Senior Specialist in GPAM. I have 10 years of project management experience, 4 years of this is in managing global clinical trails, I have my PMP and I am 2 months away from graduating with my MBA with a 4.0 GPA. I’d love to learn more about the company culture, what the realistic day-to-day of the role consists of? What should I pay a part time PMM at a Series A funded, Y Combinator-backed Fintech SaaS startup working 20 hours a week whose job it is to assist the CMO (me) with setting up and managing a product marketing function? This person will be the 7th hire, the second marketer, and will grow into a full time role (if they want it) as we scale. What is the average salary for Clinical Research Associate I?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏
