My visa to Canada is initiated and I have been told that I can travel immediately once I get the visa. My spouse works in SAP labs, he too has got the work permit initiated to canada and his current CTC is 30lpa with 11 YOE. Which would be a better option in terms of savings and opportunities? They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

When I get stressed I unintentionally start restricting and skipping meals. It’s not to lose weight (though I do get skinnier which I like), but more so because it feels good and helps my anxiety.
