Good morning! Hoping someone can help. Looking for accounts receivable job in insurance that’s remote. Currently a manager over a revenue cycle team but need to step down possibly to a supervisory role or an analyst/rep position if possible. I’ve looked but several companies no longer list these types of jobs where they are easily noticable.

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

Does industry of your first in-house role affect your exit opportunities or is it just the day-to-day role and skill set that matter?

I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?

Anyone with experience in negotiating salary willing to dm me? It’s a role I really want to take and still pays well but I definitely don’t want to be leaving money on the table. Also, don’t want to it to be a bad look and get the offer revoked lol

MRI Technologists 15 yrs+, what are you being paid?

I applied for a job at a well-known healthcare company a couple of months ago. I had a number of remote interviews and then they asked me to fly out for a final round of in-person interviews. Later that week they told me that they were going to be making an offer. Another week has gone by and still no offer. They said they are still working on it. Is this the new norm for recruiting? I have other offers and can't keep waiting for these foot draggers.
