Got extended on a project but don't want to take it. I would rather prepare for my interviews. What do I say?

Hi Folks , Currently living in india. Looking to shift to UK within a year . I am SCON in D-USI. Please guide me from scratch how to initiate the process . Do I need to apply for UK work visa first or just start applying to jobs in UK.

The job market is great however i am having hard time to get an interview. Most of the times I get rejected in HR screening for either - we don’t sponsor or visa / or relocation is must. I am at a point where I have to find a job in next 3 months. Any tips from visa dependent folks ? I have 12+ years of experience

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

Hi, I did interview with amazon.

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.
