Leave?
Leave, my friend got an entry level offer to GPS for 90k base.

You’re underpaid for your YOE. Take the role and leave
I went from 58 > 75 > 88 so D was a step up but kinda seeing that it’s low atm, especially if new hires are getting 90k wtf
I think this is more of a brag?

They asked their question in the context of leaving under a year at their firm and what the possible long-term ramifications of that decision would be for their career. Their question was very reasonable. If you think going from 88k -> 130k with 3.5YOE is bragging, you haven’t been here very long.

Open to new opportunities. Don't need to justify it. Firms are desperate for talent and you're underpaid
