Hello fishes! Can someone help me with the hiring process in Nike Netherlands? I have an interview coming up and I want to know the best way to prepare for it. Apparently there is going to be a case study and some behavioural questions. Anyone can help with me what to expect in the case study and the behavioural questions? Nike Nike, Inc.

Bain & Company I received an offer to join Bain & Company for SF office but due to family reasons, I will have to stay in the South Bay. Given Bain’s local staffing model, it will be challenging for me to commute to SF and back. Is it possible to be transferred to the palo alto office/is that office fully functioning or does it mainly serve as a hub for partners and research?

Sounds like they're offering you another job.
If you want it, it's great
If you are a weirdo, it's bad
Nice purple sweater - I knew another 🐟 who had one just like it
Am I reading this correctly that this is a positive sign? It’s that time of the month for me so the hormones are getting the better of me and making me nervous about this 🤷♀️
I am at EY and no MBA. So Mgr. in Big 4 to TPM is a step down career wise?
I am underpaid and bonuses are going to be shitty AFAIK, so might as well make the switch.
Thoughts 🐠?
Not sure... I'm at ATK. Would be good to get more discussion here to help you sort this out.
Big 4 🐠 -- Your thoughts?
@TC1 - are you just going by that article? Do you know anyone who works for Amazon and has shared this feedback?
I agree, but there is definitely a point where people do two white collar jobs for one salary and at the expense of their family. There is an abuse greed equation that needs to be figured out if leadership hasn't already. Why not just put nets up around the building and when you get a catch that's your tipping point
What firm are you at OP? Also what's your years of work experience? I'm an associate with MBA that moved from industry where I was a manager... When Amazon reached out to me and asked me to come for an onsite, we were discussing Sr Manager positions. Wondering if it's a lateral or actually a step down position wise. Not sure it's the right level for you.
They will work you hard
@DD1 - ok and So does EY. Thoughts on mgr. in big 4 -> TPM, is it a stepdown? 7 yrs experience.
If it's in an article that makes it to the NYT and about a company as large as Amazon, I do believe there is likely a good deal of truth in it. It makes sense, we see all corporations moving to the burn and churn model which was invented by the big tech companies
@Op my sister works at Amazon and has been there for 5 years now and it really depends on team but yes we are worked hard at all of our firms. I don't think you will be able to push for a senior manager roll, typically those people are SM's at the firm
TC1 burn and churn was invented in professional services. Up or Out is Burn and Churn as policy
