You could also keep an eye on what THEY are up to. When you see something cool they do or an award won send a note.
Either crop dust the CCO’s office or send thank you’s to everyone you met with that include a line about staying in touch regarding future opps... if they like you you’ll be put on a shortlist for Jr. roles next time one comes up.
Drop them a line when you have new work you think it great, just a “hey, here’s what I’m up too, still interested”

Send a written thank you note and keep the agency on your radar via Linkedin, news, etc. that way you have talking points later on when you would like to check in with them. New business is always a good item to keep a temperature reading on regardless!
When I was a fresh ad grad I went through the same thing. I did all of those things and 4 years later I have the exact job that I wanted. It took some time, but I’m glad I kept checking in!
Art director and fingerpaint have good advice. A mix of both at different times are good.
