Has anyone ever had two W-2 jobs at two different FAANG companies at the same time? Were there any company policies against it?

Where do people leaving FAANG companies go to in Canada? I’m looking for a change but it seems like a lot of the Canadian based companies pay half of what I’m currently making. Who outside of FAANG / LinkedIn/ snap / Twitter pays well (I.e senior mgr / director level above $300k)

I'm a solid software engineer; I get the job done, I'm reliable, I work hard, i can accomplish almost any technical task with enough time, I'm supposed to be smart; I went to MIT.

But I am in awe of those 10x programmer types, because -- as the name would imply-- they finish everything 10x faster than me. I don't understand how they do it, and I am super envious. I want to be like these guys. But how? Is it even learnable or is it all just God-given talent? How can I become like them?

Seen a lot of “my company is so amazing posts” continuously on LinkedIn a la “here at XYZ we give people lots of time off and it’s amazing” or even “so happy XYZ company allowed me to take maternity/paternity leave” - are folks just trying to look like team players or do employees get some sort of incentive for doing this at companies? I feel like the folks I see that work at Salesforce (for example) do this constantly and more so than other big companies.
