Has anyone find it so difficult to shift from academia to industry? I do regulatory but do not submit to the FDA only local IRBs and that seems to be holding me back from getting useful interviews. And mainly make more money (6 figures). I also have a masters and 2 years of experience. Anyone transition and want to share how they did it?

Could someone help me break down the differences between a Data Analyst vs Data Scientist vs Product Manager? And add any pros/cons from personal experience? In my mind they’re all related, but I don’t have experience working with any of these roles.

One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
