Hello everyone, My LWD is 27th Nov and my joining date of new company is 28th Nov. I have offer of 8lpa. I am really tired of giving interview bcoz last 2 mnths I m giving interview and continually preparing,my sleep and eat schedule is also disturbed..I have 4 yrs of exp in .net. bcoz of my low CCTC,it gets hard to get good offer of 8lpa permanent WFH. And now I am so tried should I give interview again or be hppy at my 8lpa offer?Tata Consultancy Infosys Accenture Deloitte HCL Technologies
Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

Not necessarily. Sometimes companies don’t have the infrastructure to manage the process themselves. I have a client that is extremely large and complex and global, but they have a pretty lean tax department. They were recently looking for a pretty specific skillset and didn’t think their HR team would find the right person, and didn’t have the capacity to do it themselves. Just one example.
No, many smaller companies don’t have the brand recognition or an internal hiring team so they outsource.
Agree with this. There are good companies out there that are just very small, so they outsource the recruiting function.
You have a possible point. My company is amazing. Nobody leaves. They do everything with one internal recruiter. No need to spend $ on useless scumbags that are just gonna lie their way to an unnecessary commission.
