Has anyone here found that dietary changes help improve your symptoms? I've never really considered it - I don't eat terribly, but I wouldn't call myself a healthy eater either. Doing a complete diet overhaul seems like a lot of work, but I'd consider making the changes if they really work.

I have started focusing on eating more protein, especially in the morning when I take my meds, and it does seem to make a difference.
And supplements, it should.
Oh yeah, for sure. For me cutting out sugars and limiting carbs as much as possible has been really helpful. Going full keto takes more effort, but I did manage that for a little while. A nice in-between is intermittent fasting. The trick for either is to realize that if you can push through the irritable hunger, then on the other side is a lucid state of mind.
I've ended up getting a bunch of sugar-free candies to suck on while working, so that alleviates the craving part of my brain.
Love IF too!
Yes!!! I was strict keto for a while and my brain worked so much better. I need to make this my 2025 resolution to try to eat better and take probiotics again. Was also drinking kombucha and really the brain/gut health thing I’ve heard a lot about and was very skeptical but when I was focused on that I did feel and think better.
I have found that eating fewer carbs and cooking at home rather than eating out frequently has been really helpful overall I sleep better which leads to a sharper mind during the day. I’m not super strict on it but do try to balance out carb heavy days with carb light days.
