If it’s a team-only meeting, I’d usually sit and present. When clients are involved sometimes a more formal standing presentation makes more sense… somewhat context dependent IMO
Yeah this is a hard one to answer without full context. Based on what OP said, I’d say sit. But tbh I always just wing it and sometimes end up standing halfway through anyway (especially if it’s collaborative where I’m facilitating and there’s a whiteboard available).
Depends on the audience. Smaller audiences, sit at the table. Larger audiences, stand at the front.

Its been so long, I have forgotten how to present in person. Presenting on a computer screen for past 18 months, I need a refresher and a lesson.
