I'm trying to figure out how I fit into typical salary brackets. Where I work we are not allowed to discuss pay with other employees. I have about 25 years experience with telecommunications, network, voip, etc. Multiple degrees include a masters in a field directly related to my profession with a minor in network security design, several Cisco certs, a government clearance, and about a year of practical python experience... My base pay is in the low $100k in the DC region. Thoughts?

Got an offer from Bloomberg for a product manager role in NYC. Current M salary at ACN is $170k with negligible bonus. Bloomberg offer is $175K with sign on of $25K. Financially not as much of an incentive to transfer. Anyone know if I should try and get Bloomberg to go higher or am I already at the upper band for this role?

What is the general salary expectation for a CD? I don't even know where to start because I'm so underpaid now, not sure what the "norm" is.

Has anyone ever gone on disability at a law firm where you’re the only paralegal to the partner of the firm? I’m worried I’ll be replaced while I’m out or that I’ll be letting him down. I have a job, and I’m grateful that I do! But it makes me extremely unhappy. I’m talked down to constantly, our client treats us like we’re dumb and they have no trust for the creative team, and I’m constantly anxious.
