If I'm an SM up for promo, does Deloitte re-adjust me to an EB-1? I can't imagine PMDs dealing with this visa extension hassle every 3 years.

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? How long will my green card application delay if I move to a new company and start to apply for a green card from scratch?

Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

The catch is I already file my tax without those FICA tax. Should I pay them and file tax amendment?

My work gives us points/money for achieving certain activities such as exercising for 180 mins per week. I have my Apple Watch automatically sync with the app that tracks our activities and it works great. Problem is I started using NRC (Nike run Club) app for runs and it interferes with the Workout app on my Apple Watch and it doesn’t get tracked. How flexible is Deloitte with the start date because of H1b processing time? I signed the offer mid-may for July 12 because it seemed realistic enough for premium H1b transfer. But the lawyers seem slower than what I was used to and July 12 does not seem likely. Is this going to be a problem?
