Has anyone successfully negotiated an office space (e.g. WeWork) at a new job?
I'm currently interviewing at a company that checks all the boxes except that they're based over 2 hours via PT away and otherwise operate on a remote basis. I currently work remotely and was looking for a new job to switch to a hybrid format. I'm afraid I'll be stuck in my apartment again 24/7, so an outside office is pretty important for me, but I'm afraid they'll either say no or make me commute 4h/day. Thoughts?

Which all companies are allowing permanent wfh for professional based out of NCR?

What's your plans on moving to Mumbai? Knowing apartment hunting can be a real bitch, some are planning to go back to hometown in the WFH week. i.e work at office at designated week and live in temporary accommodation, and then travel back.

People who are happy that the office is dead should reconsider. If the office is dead wouldn't that mean more outsourcing and less TC forward? Isn't it short sighted to think jobs will stay in the US if they are remote considering how expensive it is to hire here?

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion.
