I have an offer from Deloitte USI for Assistant Manager role.
In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
Can you please help me with what generally Assistant Manager tasks in Deloitte USI are?

Any recommendations for a coach (or even therapist) to help work through some career issues?

My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig. We want to find a career that allows her to work remote or that at least gives her a better work life balance so that she can see her kids grow up. Should she get certifications to give her a shot at adtech?Too late?

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. As we were leaving they said “thanks for lunch” — I was hoping they’d at least ask to Venmo me half as a kind gesture. Following lunch we grabbed dessert. I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
I don't like working here at all, but I am not sure whether moving out again in a month will give bad Impression on my resume. Hence please give me advice on this situation

I only have Reg left. I failed it once before. For those who have passed Reg what were some of things you focused on? Also if you have any study tips I would really appreciate it, tax has never come naturally to me.

The material isn't the hardest part of getting through this
For me the hardest part of cpa, that i am used to having a study buddy (i can study for hours and yet i wont lose focus) and i hate studying alone (i get easily distracted)

I took FAR in Aug and AUD last week. Didn’t pass FAR and feeling like I may have passed AUD. My original NTS for them runs out on dec 18. If I get a new NTS for one of them to take before busy season do I have to wait to take it until after my original NTS runs out?

Oh my god. I am finally done with the CPA. It took me 5 years and I failed so many times, lost credit, spent thousands of dollars on different study materials, coffees, pens, etc. I can’t believe this day has finally come for me. If you’re struggling please don’t give up and don’t compare yourself to someone else. It will eventually happen for you if you keep pushing!

Do you think that I will get job offers after I pass the CPA exam? Not one compony will even give me a chance because I don’t have experience, even though I have passed some of the exams already.

Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Can anyone shine more light on this? The extension would really help me, but I’m not sure what more to tell them in my email than the fact that I couldn’t sit for the exams this Spring/Summer due to test centers closing in NYC.

Used Gliem for Reg and Roger for BEC and Aud. Really liked Roger though but heard its not good enough for Far.
