Just finished my first year in audit. Recruiter reached out to me for a role with a 30% bump in salary. Total comp included it gets closer to 45%. I actually enjoyed my first year and especially being done with busy season now feeling pretty good. Not at all actively looking to leave, but just looking for advice on if I would be crazy for not pursuing an opportunity for so much more money at least a little further. I have two job offers from start-up companies:

Option 1 - well known fintech company and about to go IPO. Will be doing corporate tax. Probably will turn into hybrid of WFH/coming into the office.

Option 2 - series A (been around about 3 years). Tax operation with high possibility of being exposed to other areas in accounting and finance of the company. Fully remote.
