Much higher at Bain. Glassdoor has a decent view of it (assuming you’re US based). Though bonuses are a bit understated there cause we have some kinda-complex and variable profit sharing elements on top too. General rule of thumb is that, in the long run, comp at Bain goes up about 15% annually. Some years a bigger jump than others obviously. This is all US… can’t speak to other geos.
