I'm in the final round of interviews for two internal positions - both vertical. One has FTE's (my first such experience) and the other a much broader scope vs my current role

I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range

How do I push back on my company if they offer less than that, if I do want one of those roles? Without a pay scale, what is the best way to approach?

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.

Hi Fishes need your advices urgently. I had an interview scheduled with HCL for today from one HR, after that another HR from HCL called and informed that I have interview for Yesterday. I told her about Friday interview, she told that will nit happen, so I attentded that, cleared 2 rounds and now she sent mail for documents submission. I called HR1 and informed on Thursday interview, she said that is ok, you can attend Friday interview as scheduled. I attended that as well.

Hi I am through the technical interview for Oracle fusion middleware admin position, with 3.2 years experience. Had call with HR and she mentioned only 45% hike is possible that would be around 6.5 LPA. I am expecting around 8LPA. I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. He asked me about 5 questions before telling me I should see a neuropsychologist for an official assessment. The referral he gave me is super pricey and apparently isn’t covered by insurance.
