Heya, canadian here! I moved to the UK 7 years ago, been on visas since. If you’re under 30-something you can easily get a youth mobility visa to most of the commonwealth countries without the need for a sponsor. I did that (immigrated when I was 26), and then worked my way to get sponsors until I could get permanent residency
For US specific if that’s what you’re after I think intra business move would be ideal if you can!
I’m in LA from Toronto on an intra company transfer. The process took a while as the move was 2021, mid Covid, but once the paperwork was submitted (company paid to expedite) my visa was approved in 3 weeks. I am on an L1-A. This is definitely the easiest bet, I think outside hire visas from a U.S. company requires them to prove why you’re more skilled than hiring a U.S. citizen.
Intra company transfer is the most popular way to do it. You can also apply and/or network to get a visa or sponsorship but it's not easy...I did it briefly to move to Europe but it took A LOT of applying to get to it
