Meh not weight loss but definitely feel more energetic with switching positions when compared to slouching in a chair all day. I do all the meetings/calls standing and actual work sitting. So on average about half and half

My posture didn’t completely go to sh!t from melting into the couch all the time
Standing desk = help with back pain and more energy.
Gym balls as chair = working out your abs and back muscles so can lead to weight loss.
But healthy eating habits and regular activities (even just walking) will help much more with weight loss.
