Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I avoid people wearing blazers on campus at all cost. They take too long in the cafe line
I wore a white blazer to a google interview and got the job. Female here.
Showing shoulders @D4 - NO
Is this acceptable for a Google interview?
A blazer is business casual when paired with a shirt and no tie for guys. Girls it's a little more complex than that but a blazer is not formal for anyone.
In what world does business casual not include a jacket/blazer?
I think business attire in the Bay Area = a hoodie. So I assume business casual = hoodie with no pants? Not sure, I’m from NYC, I wear a blazer to get my mail.
Yes..not seen anyone at Google wear blazers. Interview or not.
If they said business casual.... why would you wear a blazer... 🤦🏻♂️
Business casual in the bay area tech world could be different from other parts of the country. Blazer/Jacket without tie is considered business casual in many parts of the country.
How are you doing this?!?!? I need to get out of D and my target is Facebook and Google. Did you go through referrals or online apps?
Also, to be on the safe side I would wear a more causal looking blazer (not matching pants), earrings and no other jewellery. May consider flats or wedges not stilettos to balance out the business casual look
OP. Please share a pic of your attire once you are done with the interview.
Blazer with jeans good. I would err on the dressier side of business casual for an interview, but still would avoid slacks if wearing a blazer. But straight ahead jeans and nice shoes.
Also your identified gender is not an important piece of info here. The founders are on record as saying the dress code is “you must wear something”, and that bit of culture was communicated to someone identifying as female
I wear blazers with business casual but I won’t match with pants. I may do colored plants and a black blazer. Or dark pants & light-toned blazer.
There are more casual type jackets (almost cotton) .. I would wear that .. it’s fine to wear it on a dress as well
So for girls, would you wear a blouse? Showing shoulders ok?
I also have an Interview with G coming up!
Pants or skirt a must
If they don't have a formal dress code, they don't care about what people wear. So whatever you feel comfortable, should be fine.
FWIW I wore a Facebook t-shirt to one of my interviews and still got the job
