Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

title is just words.
focus more on level of responsibility, comp and growth opportunity.
If the job perfectly matches your skills, then maybe you're not senior.
Yes, you can negotiate title as part of the offer process
I have before, from manager to director. Recommend knowing your end game beyond title if you negotiate for title.
For me, the role ended up as not a great long term fit, since I had director-level expectations from the exec team (title) with manager-level resources (resourcing)
I was able to leverage the title into a true director level role as well as interview for multiple VC-backed startups at the VP level.
So the short term bs was worth it, but I had a bigger picture vision for my career arc, so it was a strategic sacrifice
