Have you ever seen “pretty privilege” play out in real life? I know it sounds superficial, but I’ve worked alongside people who seem to get more grace from clients, more visibility from leadership, and more second chances—all because they fit that conventionally attractive mold. I’ve put in the same (or more) work and still felt overlooked in meetings or passed over for stretch opportunities. It’s frustrating to feel like performance isn’t always the thing that speaks loudest. Have you experienced this too, or am I overthinking it?

I wanted to know if anyone was having issues with their pharma branded Instagram accounts? My brand’s account was fine yesterday and now when you search it it’s not on IG. It’s a business account so it’s fully public. I reached out to a few brand managers and it’s hit or miss on if they’re brand is found. Cleared caches, incognito browser, and all. Loan payment question. I have two federal loans. One has no accumulated interest and is ~$110k. One has about $19k of accumulated interest (I previously made an embarrassingly low amount of money), but the total is ~$140k. Who else started with small businesses and moved up to medium and large at agencies structured to handle it? I handle 40 clients and some 60 Content managers, ad managers, designers, developers, and a smattering of other positions.

Which was better? I have almost complete autonomy over what happens with small biz, but getting to focus on projects for more than an hour/month sounds nice.
