I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.
Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

My friend got offers from Rockwell automation, inc and Capgemini.
The offer iis 17 LPA fixed from CapG and 17.5 Fixed + 2.5 Variable from Rockwell.
He wants to work as consultant and CapG is giving him that and Rockwell is giving him Developer designation.
His yoe is 4.5y. He is confused about where he should join.
PS He is in IOT and isn't in fishbowl yet. He will be soon, but in the meanwhile, it will be nice if anyone can clear the confusion or recommend something.

I’d say that’s spot on. For extra zest on number two you could say clients that have potential that aligns with the organizational goals, then name them if you can
That’s good advice, thank you.
I’ve heard it framed as “managing from the top down.” Prioritizing accounts based on revenue run rate, then accounts with strategic value; ones that have big name brands or are particularly notable in the industry you serve, and then accounts that have high usage/ give good, actionable feedback.
(1) assess clients for potential growth and current contributions, not just in terms of revenue but also the opportunity to do great work (2) categorize them into 3 groups and prioritize accordingly: (a) babysit them: it’s a decent account with little/no potential for growth (b) not big today but offer potential for tomorrow and (c) they are a big client with additional growth / award winning work opportunities
How many clients are we talking about? I've got over 47 and am feeling like it's impossible lately feeling so thinly spread across so much. On a given day I get over 200 emails and interact either via email and meetings with at least 10-15 clients each day.
I'm honestly thinking about looking for a new position as I was just given an additional 2 clients.
