Hi everyone! I’m a new professional (<1 year post grad) and I’ve been offered a position that I’m really excited for at a non-profit. The posted salary range was $48-58k and I was offered $53k, which I think is fine, but I’ll be moving to the LA metro area and I’m a little concerned about the cost of living. Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on

First time posting here but… I’m currently a 1st year Tax Analyst making 58,000 plus bonus. I was never informed on how raises work for this company, but it’s the end of the year and there has not been any talk of performance evaluation, which I assumed was when compensation would be covered.
