I have got an offer from Google for a platform customer engineer L5 role and here is the comp:
Base: 53 LPA
Variable: 22LPA
Stocks: 30k for 4 years

Current:

Base : 40 LPA
Variable: 5 LPA
Stocks : 40k for 4 years (RSU but not a public company)

YOE: 9

The quotation by Google doesn't look right because I know that they give of a lot of stocks .I have asked them some time before I confirm for negotiation. So could you please help me with a better number or realistic number.

Is it true that comp changes at some top consulting firms depending on how well your bschool is ranked?

BCG has a couple of openings of data scientists.
Requirements : 1. Masters or PhD degree preferably from a top school
2. Atleast 1 year of experience as a data scientist
3. Know how to use Python

Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles.
