Hi Fishes, Currently I am working in Kolkata for past 3 years. I am not a fan of the humid weather in Kolkata. Whenever I go out, its sweaty.. I have an opportunity to shift my workplace to Hyderabad. I want to know about Hyderabad weather month wise..
Weather is only the deciding factor to move. Anyone who has lived in both the cities for more than a year.. Cognizant Tata Consultancy Capgemini IBM Infosys

1. Big FMCG companies like Hindustan Unilever are very stable and people spend their whole life there. They deploy high end tested technologies which you can check in GigaFactories type programs on Discovery and NGC type other channels. Sales is "aggressive". They fire less "generally".
2. Product companies are more "innovative" but more hire and fire. They are the core suppliers of technology for the world. Ups and downs are part of journey.
Both "generally" have good culture outside of sales and marketing. Learning is very high in product. Pay is good in both. Many people retire and spend decades in both. Promotions are very competitive in both.
If you or network leave HUL join only M/FAANG or similar niche product firms which are really specialised in their domain with high learning. Check culture, salary, growth, etc on LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
