Hello Fishes, Given interview in Infosys , on 8th Jan 2022. On 12th Jan HR called me and discussed about package. Still I did not get offer letter. May I know how many days Infosys take to release offer letter?

Anyone else been doing strictly remote interviews now and struggling to get a feel for office environment and fit?

Interviewed for an in-house position. I was told that the position was remote through the majority of next year, but they would eventually like someone on site. Definitely understandable, of course! However, there seemed to be some flexibility here as some employees will remain remote indefinitely. I am interested in working remotely and flying out as needed, etc. Any room for negotiation? If so, at what point do I bring it up in the interview process?

I have filled Infosys application and have received a call for the interview availability of 23rd April .. after which i filled survey and confirmed my availability ... Then got a mail that asked to update my profile .. I did so .. my interview is supposed to be taken tomorrow however I have still not received any invite link .. I replied on the mail that I got from talent acquisition but have not recieved any response .. any idea about how should I connect with them

Hi everyone, I am going to post an honest issue I've been having and I am hoping to get some advice. I left Amazon in July '21. I'd been there for 5 years, was being paid below market rate for my salary. I have completed so many assessments, data analytics tests, and been interviewed no less than 120x for 30-40 different companies. DoorDash, Bird, Coca-Cola, Uber, Flexe, GoPuff and plenty of others moved me forward for final interviews, but I have not gotten selected. What am I doing wrong?

I got the answer but still stumbled a bit during. How are my chances if my case study interview was not strong but other interviews were? So I attended a virtual interview yesterday, about growth marketing. I follow the interviewer, and thought the interviewee was worth listening too. I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. Should I stay with my current company or accept another offer? I recently got an offer fro US Bank to join their sourcing team. It’s $65k base with an annual bonus (average is 5%), full work from home with flexible working hours. I would also work about 10-20 reqs at once. My current job gave me a counter offer. I’m currently on their sourcing team and they want to give me a recruiter position. I would start at $58k but they could move me above $60k in October. Which should I take??

For folks who are getting laid off, be open to 6 month to 1 year contractor jobs. Go for W2s if you can get it and assess 1099 taking your company’s Cobra. It is a good stop gap measure until things improve.
