6th year associate at a small 6 attorney PI/med-mal firm in the Northeast OH. Settled about $1.4M total on the year, fees are about 5x my total compensation. Largely 1-manned these cases, use very little overhead beyond my assistant who I share with a partner. Feeling self-conscious, am I doing alright here??

Is it a good move in general to switch from Deloitte USI consulting to KPMG global services consulting practice? Any thoughts welcomed.

3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying. Any insight on negotiating Westlaw or transitioning to lexis?

I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Post my MBA (Fin), I've been working in a bank as a Relationship Manager for over a year. I've realized majority of roles in banking are sales profiles (also less learnings and repetitive work) . I'd consider myself a good analyst rather than a salesperson.
