Hi! I’ve been approached by Securonix for a Sales Director role in NA. I know the field and their competitors. The pay is good but I’ve seen a handful of websites with employee rating that is really bad. Each site has roughly 10 reviews but most are negative. When I was hired, I don't recall being informed about my salary being tied to my location. My employment contract also only makes one mention of location, and says "home office" and my state. I was recently told by HR though that if I move, my comp. will be lower. Is this legal? Should I consult a labor lawyer?

In my mind, I don't recall being told this and it's not clear from my employment contract, so I feel like they're breaking our agreement, and it feels unfair.

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?

I wouldn't have nearly as many issues with conservative principles if they weren't so hypocritical in how they enact them.

I'm not opposed to lowering taxes, smaller government, and respecting individual rights, but they simultaneously support bailing out big businesses, expanding church and state, and massive deficit spending to pay for dumb wars and tax loopholes for hedge fund managers.

I'd rather see our government provide food, healthcare, and shelter than any of the above things.

Package is almost same, it's just that airtel is giving all fixed but VMware has annual bonus and RSU's.

Beware a company called apnaklub currently hiring across functions. They are knockoff udaan with zero ideas who somehow managed to get some funding. They will do interviews for 1 month+ and then ghost you totally wasting your time.

What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. I’m thinking getting into b2c with lesser pay, however would help out in long term. Any suggestions here please? (Currently with 3.5 years as b2b PM, overall 8 YOE)

PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
